Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are packed Monday through Friday. We typically process in 1 to 3 business days. During Tampa market weekends or holidays, allow up to 5 business days.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS Ground. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO Boxes for glass bottles.

• Standard (3–5 business days): calculated by weight and zip code
• Priority (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout

Tracking

You will receive tracking by email once your order ships from Tampa.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Food safety policy

Because our products are perishable food — Sriracha, Habanero Mango, Scorpion, Habanero Garlic, and gift packs — all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for taste preference, heat level, or buyer’s remorse. This is standard for specialty foods and required for safety.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

We stand behind our handcrafted quality. If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong flavor:

1. Email festivalhotsauce@aol.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and the shipping box

Missing packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, contact the carrier first, then us within 48 hours. We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.

Cancellations

Email us immediately. If your order has not been packed, we will cancel and refund. Once packed, we cannot cancel.
